Smart Writing

OVERVIEW

Working with pen and crayons, doing a variety of scribbling, body movements and finger plays provide the child learner the necessary skills and mastery of the writing, writing in script, word and number symbols and the creative power of the written word.

SKILLS AND MASTERY

The selected themes give the learner an awareness and appreciation of his environment, his community and his planet. In particular, Smart Writing, K-12 Level, focuses on planet Earth, its many resources and learner’s responsibility to his home planet. The themes are realized within the DepEd’s content and performance standards in the motor development learning domain.
